Reiki Healing
Reiki helps balance energy, removes energy blocks and releases negative energy and because our bodies are 99% energy, it can have a profound effect on our physical, emotional and mental health.
Reiki means "Universal Life Force Energy". You do not need to believe in any religion or be spiritual to receive Reiki or for it to work for you. Reiki originated from Japan in1922 by Master Usui Mikao while he was seeking spiritual enlightenment; meditating upon Mount Kurama. He experienced an awakening during that time & received information from a higher power about how to channel Reiki energy & how this energy could help to heal. Reiki is a hands on energy healing modality where the practitioner becomes the channel or conduit for the life force energy around them that is then transferred through the practitioner's hands. Reiki can also be performed from a distance and works on animals as well provided the person performing Reiki has completed Level 2 and 3 Mastery.
The human energy field consists of many layers including the physical body, emotional body, mental body, & spiritual body. Each of those layers contains information about the health and well-being of the individual. The Reiki practitioner is attuned to analyze these layers by way of intuition, sensation, temperature, sound, movement, & the recipient's input. With this information, the practitioner can focus Reiki energy, with loving intention by way of entrainment with the recipient (heart brain coherence) for each layer, clearing energy blockages, relieving stress & tension, & returning the energy body back to homeostasis (balance) while calming the nervous system.
